We checked in on Friday and were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and accessibility of the property. The employee that checked us in was a true unicorn. She was so friendly and happy. She was handling another problem guest with patience and a smile. Bravo to her! We specifically stayed here because it was so close to Tanganyika Wildlufe Park and we were so haooy we did. Rooms were very clean and all the staff was so helpful. Couldn't give this hotel enough stars.

Everything was wonderful! Bed was comfy, room noise was quiet. It was just perfect! The hotel and room smelled clean, looked clean, and was VERY clean and fresh! Good breakfast choices to start your day. The staff is truly EXCEPTIONAL!

Nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good and we loved the waffle bar. Water park next door was great. It is not included with the price of the stay but the hotel desk will give you vouchers for discount tickets. My daughter playing in a softball tournament at the Genesis Sports complex, this hotel was right in front of the complex. I would recommend staying at this property for those playing at the fields.

It was close to Tanganyika wildlife park and the water park was attached to the hotel. The staff was great and very friendly.

The breakfast was standard for Hampton. The lady who was supervising/replenishing was very friendly and keeping herself busy refilling and keeping the area clean and inviting.
